I have considered the Bay Area my home since moving from Monterey, California in 2001. I love the diverse cultures, lively communities and unique neighborhoods throughout the cities. I’ve been in the customer service industry for over 30 years. Over this timeframe I have worked as a computer system analyst, a software trainer and currently real estate sales. As a real estate agent, I have become skilled at many homebuying methods; traditional to investment opportunities, move in ready to fixer uppers with a wide-range of property prices. My attributes include fiscal and economic aspects of the housing market, knowledgeable in Broker Price Opinion (BPO’s) and understanding property comparable reports. I am flexible and able to quickly adjust to various types of real estate sales that include traditional retail, Short Sale, Trusts, REO’s, Foreclosures, Auction, and Investment transactions. I am hardworking, a problem-solver, detailed oriented always seeking to learn and advance on a professional and personal level. I enjoy what I do and look forward to each unique transaction. I enjoy keeping up with the many aspects of real estate, current and modern technologies that assist both my client and me. I love working with others and find working as a team is not only essential in real estate but required in the process of a smooth real estate transaction. I am certified in understanding a transaction from start to finish and with several designations that make me part of an elite group of real estate agents in California. I am also fluent in Spanish. Working with sellers and buyers is an integral part of my job and not just an extension of it. I am a good listener and I keep up-to-date on the variety of communities that I represent. My devotion and uncompromising level of customer service has resulted in a continuously expanding network of loyal clients and referrals.
